Europe £10 Rest of the World £15
All UK deliveries will be sent using Royal Mail Postal Services.
All parcels will require a signature upon receipt. If you are not around to receive delivery of your parcel, Royal Mail will leave a note or contact you with further instructions.
Please ensure all the details you provide are correct for shipping. Email and mobile number details are required so you can be notified. We cannot accept responsibility for any items sent to an incorrect postal address.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
How do I return an item?
If you need to return an item then simply return it to us within 14 days of receipt in its original, saleable condition. Please note that sale items are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Please make sure;

All the original labels, tags are still attached

Not worn or damaged

Has no makeup or other marks on it

Must be posted back within 14 days from receipt
Please fill in the form provided and use the address label on your returns parcel. If you have misplaced this form please print a new one here.

On your returns form, tick the items you want to return or exchange

Tell us why you’re returning it using the reason codes provided

Enclose your returns form with the item(s) and package up securely, using the original packaging if possible
Please keep your proof of postage – we’ll need this if there are issues with your return.
We do not refund the cost of original postage or return shipping charges.

When Will I Receive My Refund?
If you are eligible for a refund this will be actioned within 7 working days of receipt of the return. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment whether it be credit/debit card.
We do not refund any shipping or postal costs.
Returns are your responsibility as we do not offer a pre-paid returns service so we recommend you send back items via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or a similar trackable method. In the event that we do not receive the returned goods, we will ask you to provide the certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof of postage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting.
Non Refundable Items
Any item that has been worn, labels removed, or has any make up, deodorant, perfume marks or sale items.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item please state this and your size in the comments box of the returns form If we have this in stock we will send out to you via standard delivery at no extra cost.
If we don’t have your size or the item in stock we will offer a full refund or Lanta Boutique Store Credit
